Persian Upper Intermediate

Service Description

The Upper-Intermediate Persian Course is designed for learners who have completed the intermediate level and are ready to transition from language acquisition to literary appreciation and analytical reading. At this stage, formal grammar instruction gives way to direct, immersive engagement with authentic texts. Students will explore a curated selection of Persian literary masterpieces, spanning both classical and contemporary traditions across prose and poetry. Through close reading and textual analysis, participants will encounter classical forms alongside modern literary expressions, enriching their vocabulary, stylistic awareness, and cultural literacy. By the end of the course, learners will possess the interpretive tools and linguistic nuance required to read, appreciate, and discuss complex Persian literature in its original voice. * The course starts during the first week of October and concludes in the second week of December, spanning 10 weeks (20 sessions). The exact days and times will be scheduled based on the availability of both the instructor and the learners. * Once learners enroll, Silk Road Academy will coordinate the class schedule, process payments, and manage administrative details. * Silk Road Academy can issue invoices so learners can request reimbursement from their affiliated universities or institutions. * Class days and times may be adjusted in accordance with the request of enrollees. * Registered participants will receive full access to recorded session videos and all course materials.
